RETURNS & REFUNDS
CUSTOM PRODUCTS - Please choose products and designs carefully as custom orders are non-refundable after purchase. Before designing a custom cup, please consider which product will be most suitable for you. We are here to help so if you're not sure, you can contact us for ideas.
READY-MADE PRODUCTS - Due to the nature of these products and hygiene reasons, items which have been used in any way or removed from original packaging can not be returned or refunded.
No change-of-mind returns or refunds are accepted.
FAULTY & DAMAGED ITEMS - We will work with you to consider potential faulty or damaged products. Getting you quality items is important to us and so we check all items prior to creating. In the unlikely instance that you encounter any issue and believe your item may be faulty, please email us photos and information on the issue.
We package our items to be as safe as possible during transit. Once an item has been sent in the post, it is unfortunately beyond our control as to how they are handled. If you believe your products have been damaged during transit, please let us know asap. Keep it in the box and send us a photo and we can arrange next steps for you.
If an item breaks after delivery (e.g. smashed glass, cracked lid from dropping etc.), a refund will not be credited. Happy Cups Co will not replace or refund an item where the care instructions have not been followed.
POLICIES
Happy Cups Co takes no responsibility for any damage incurred to a person whilst using these products. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained from glass, plastic, or straw usage or breakage.
If an item is out of stock after you have checked-out, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or issue a full refund.
Happy Cups Co takes no responsibility for customer interactions during TikTok Live events, including but not limited to, comments shared within the live chat function.
